Terrible Payment Practices

I was looking for an easy meeting solution and thought I found it with Fuze. I had terrible experiences with the product and was also charged $29 during the trial period. The CS rep would not refund my money. After a few searched on call wave I see I am not the only one to have experienced this awful payment practice.
