Needs improvement

Had problems with getting audio to work ( same as previous reviewer) and also found that once I got audio, I lost it anytime I received ( and declined) an incoming call or a reminder went off. Had to close out of app several times to regain audio. Online tech support makes no mention of these problems. Im on a 4S by the way, not a 5 if that matters.
